Refunds

Your first class is free, so you can meet your child's teacher before you pay anything.

You can stop at any time and get your money back for every class more than 24 hours away. This applies to private, semi-private and group classes. Classes already taught are counted at the regular per-class price, so a package discount applies only to the classes you complete. There's no fee and no form. Just message us; the ways to reach us are below.

If your child's teacher becomes unavailable, we'll talk with you personally and help you choose a substitute teacher. If we can't offer a substitute, or can't otherwise deliver your classes, we refund every remaining class at the price you paid, with nothing counted back. If you'd rather not continue with a substitute, the standard refund above applies.

Missing a class: tell us at least 24 hours ahead and we'll contact you to reschedule it, within your package period or the 4 weeks after it. If we can't fit it in within that time, we refund it automatically. With less than 24 hours' notice, the class still counts: your child's teacher teaches it as scheduled, records it, and sends you the recording and homework.

Siblings: if one of your children stops, your other child keeps the sibling price for the rest of their current package.

How refunds arrive: we issue them within 2 business days, back to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days.
